THANK YOU to all the scholars at Mountain Island Lake Academy, Charlotte, NC, where grades K-5 held a coin drive. Congratulations to the fifth grade scholars who raised the most donations! They will be “duct-taping Mrs. Toguchi to the wall! The winning class who raised the most donations was Ms. Beatty’s 3rd grade class, and they will be enjoying a popsicle party soon! MILA middle school also held a competition between houses to raise money, with Zeus House winning an additional 200 points! Great job scholars! It was wonderful that your school raised money to help the children at Kajiado Children’s Home! A special thanks to the principal and vice principal for being so supportive of the fundraiser.
