Hope For Kajiado Corporation
Mission Statement:
Alleviate poverty and disease for children in East Africa by providing for their physical, educational and spiritual needs.
Hope For Kajiado Corporation, established in June 2014 and is an IRS accredited 501(c)3 tax-exempt non-profit. The corporation was organized and operates exclusively for charitable purposes, making distributions to provide assistance for children in East Africa suffering the effects of social and economic deprivation by providing shelter, food, clothing, medical and educational support. These distributions are made through a grant program, following IRS guidelines.
Donations are received from individuals, grants, churches and schools. Hope For Kajiado provides support to Kajiado Children’s Home and Light Foundation through grants with no administrative fees.
Hope For Kajiado does not compensate its officers or volunteers for their efforts. The corporation has established Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Conflict of Interest Policy, and Grant Making Administrative Policies and Procedures. The law firm of Winstead PC, 500 Winstead Building, 2728 N. Harwood, Dallas, Texas 75201 represents Hope For Kajiado, with Preston Dyer Jr. as their principal contact.

• Gaye List, Chairman – Charlotte NC, CEO List Custom Solutions, LLC, founding member of HFK board, avid supporter since 2010, has spent time at Kajiado Children’s Home (KCH) and is a child sponsor.
• Donna Walter, Secretary – Charlotte NC, joined the board in 2017, is an avid supporter, has spent time at KCH and is a child sponsor.
• Jason List, Treasurer – Concord NC, Senior Financial Advisor at Aventus Advisors, joined the board in 2023 to assist in financial accounting, is an avid supporter and child sponsor.
• Jennifer Naddell, Communications & Social Media – Charlotte NC, joined the board in 2019. She is an avid supporter, has spent time at KCH and is a child sponsor.

• Todd Hodgin, Charlotte NC – Global Head of Product Development at Transcend, founding member of HFK board in 2010 and past Chairman. Todd is an avid supporter, child sponsor, has visited KCH, and represents Siler Church, Wesley Chapel, NC.
• Doug Rupp, Stryker, OH – Business owner, avid supporter since 2014 and child sponsor, Doug joined the board in 2019 and represents St Johns Christian Church, Archbold, OH.
• Pede Self, Charlotte, NC – Retired schoolteacher. Avid supporter of KCH and child sponsor since 2010, joined the HFK board in 2019. She has visited KCH several times and represents Cooks Memorial Presbyterian Church, Charlotte, NC.
• Crissi Stuckey, Archbold, OH – Retired healthcare professional, joined the board in 2019. She shares her skills in fundraising event planning and represents St. Johns Christian Church, Archbold, OH.
• David Stuckey, Archbold, OH – College professor, avid supporter since 2014 and child sponsor, David joined the board in 2019 and represents St Johns Christian Church, Archbold, OH
