Each year, our mission teams carry laptops donated through a program lead by Joe Williamson. Retired IT professional, Joe and his colleagues refurbish laptops donated to their cause for distribution to non-profit organizations such as Hope For Kajiado. Joe has been providing laptops for Kajiado Children’s Home since 2013 for use in their computer lab. These have been put to good use as children learn how to use the computers for school work and research. Ruth Mbuguah and alumni of KCH hold computer classes for the children on a volunteer basis. Ruth is also the Social Worker at KCH. We are appreciative to our donor in the US as well as our volunteer teachers!
